Where to do it
Veranda
Early light and a bit of breeze make a comfortable start.
Living room
Clear a mat-sized space; fan on low if needed.
Yard
Flat ground; watch for wet tiles after rain.
A routine for different mornings
Humidity and schedule change, but the sequence stays the same. Some people move before 6 a.m.; others after the first cup of tea. Clear Dawn fits either — consistency beats intensity.

Season & climate notes
- Dry mornings — sip water before and after moving.
- Rainy mornings — stay indoors; same moves, smaller space.
- Wear light fabric; bare feet on cool tile is fine if stable.
- Stop if dizzy; sit down and rest — no pushing through.
